I've always been too intimidated by horror stories to try baking macarons. I had been yet to taste them. I decided it was high time I changed both facts.
I baked two types of almond macarons for the second day of Christmas. The red macarons are filled with peppermint tea infused white chocolate ganache, the white with cranberry, raspberry and strawberry tea infused white chocolate ganache.
