12 Days of Christmas :: 4 Poinsettia Jocondesby ^cakecrumbs

I love poinsettias. I love chocolate ripples cakes. I love peppermint. All three of which are inherently Christmas for me. They just had to feature somewhere in this series.

Cake is a peppermint choc ripple cake, covered in chocolate mousse and wrapped in a peppermint joconde imprime. Once this sets, it's all topped with dark chocolate ganache and poinsettia leaves made from coloured white chocolate.
