This week came from one of my favourite books: The Australian Women's Weekly's "Easy Curry Cookery". Not that curries are actually hard, but this book has so many mouth watering recipes, I just want to cook it from cover to cover.
For the challenge I made Tandoori Chicken with Coconut Pilau, as I have never made tandoori chicken using the whole chicken as this recipe requires. It was definitely a taste sensation. I love me some tandoori.
