These dishes were made for week 29 of my cook book challenge. These came from Kylie Kwong's "Simple Chinese Cooking".
The dish on the left is Chilli-salt Duck Breasts with Lemon and on the right is a side dish called Hot and Sour Cucumber.
This was my first time both eating and cooking duck. I can't recommend either dish highly enough. They were so delicious.
