Wow, that crust is perfect! It must be so amazingly flaky O_O Does it fall apart easy? That seems to be the problem I have with the pie crusts I make. Hmmm...

Thank you. Short crust is very crumbly. I had to make three attempts to get a crust I could use (though the first two attempts were my own stupid fault for not reading recipes properly). The filling in this helps keep it together so it might be easier to remove the tin after putting the filling inside. You also do need a sharp, clean knife to get a decent slice out of it.
