Cook Book Challenge: Week 5

This weeks recipe was Chicken In A Blanket, from Mary-Lou Arnold's "The All Occasion Chicken Cookbook".

I love pastry. It's one of my favourite food items in the entire world, so any excuse to wrap something in pastry is welcomed.

This dish is so basic, yet so yummy. It leaves such a potential to play with it. Any sort of filling/stuffing/seasoning could be added inside the pastry... garlic butter, spinach and ricotta, whatever takes your fancy.
