My baking hiatus is over! With that I bring you one of the most amazing things I have ever tasted: home-made puff pastry. If you've never experienced it, you have got to try this.
The dessert is a Mille-feuille, baked for the October Daring Bakers challenge. I chose to fill mine with chocolate custard and strawberries.
