Who said macaron towers were hard? Mostly people on MasterChef who wanted to make a big deal out of something that's actually simple.
This was made as an extension of my Day 2 of 12 days of Christmas thinger. My favourite celebration of the year requires overboard desserts, so I couldn't resist going the full tower.

It depends on the flavour, really. Much like asking what a cookie tastes like. But texturally, they're soft and chewy in the middle, but the outside is thin and crisp.
