Description
Decided to have a play with macarons and take it beyond just biscuit and flavour combos. I love making bee decorations on things so MacBees had to be my first stop.
Biscuits are almond dusted with cocoa for the stripes. They're filled with a chocolate and honeycomb ganache I made up on the fly because my other idea didn't work and it it is just incredible tasting. These are my favourite macs yet, the ganache is just to die for.
