This is a dessert I made for BakeBakeBake's "layers" theme contest. The joconde imprime is the outer layer of sponge that has had a decorative pattern baked into it. I filled this with bumblebee mouse: alternating layers of chocolate mousse and vanilla custard. I topped these with a chocolate honeycomb topper and fondant bees.
