Description

This is the cake I made for Easter celebrations with my partner and his family. The cake is Mexican chocolate cake, filled and covered with a whipped chocolate ganache. I always do a nest theme when caking at Easter time and I always try to make it a little different. This time I used shredded coconut I roasted in the oven to make a nest, and filled it with speckled egg-shaped macarons. The cake is vegan, though the macs aren't.
