Here's an alternate way of serving panna cotta. I had a bit left over after making the three serves with jelly for dessert so I popped the rest in a scalloped ramekin. I unmoulded it, then drizzled over a raspberry jam/juice mixture I threw together and heated to make a quick sauce. Then I piled a whole bunch of berries on top.
I have to admit to liking this version, taste-wise, the best. The raspberry jam is so tart, it really cuts through the richness of the panna cotta.
