Piranha Plant Pops

These truffles are something I've had on my mind for forever, so it was good to get them out! I never refer to truffles as pops (it just sounds like such an American thing) but I couldn't help myself with these guys. Alliteration is sexy.

So, they're modeled after the 8-bit Super Mario Brothers enemies. The piranha heads are made from Dark Chocolate and Raspberry truffles. The pots are brownie truffles. They're covered in coloured white chocolate, then I made the features from fondant.
