Knocking off another item on my to-do list with this tart. Growing up there was never rhubarb in the house so it's not a vegetable I immediately turn to when shopping. I'm aiming to start cooking with all the things that are unfamiliar to me. I've eaten plenty of it at my partner's place as him mum has cooked a few desserts with it, but I haven't cooked with it before.
This is a quick and easy chocolate tart, filled and adorned with rhubarb. Though admittedly, my favourite was the shortcrust pastry. The texture came out perfect so I was thrilled.
