Strawberries and Cream Gateauxby ^cakecrumbs

This is the cake I made for the 24th birthday last weekend.

It features a dark chocolate cake, triple layered and filled with a layer of cream on top of a layer of strawberries on top of a layer on chocolate ganache. The cake is in turn covered in chocolate buttercream and adorned with a chocolate flower.
