At Christmas time I like to make edible place settings. This year, my partner's brother has opted to go vegan so I had to give myself a crash course in vegan cooking. Phew. It was such a steep learning curve.

These gingerbread cookies shaped like gift tags and are egg free and dairy free so everyone could eat them. I made 10 total, then made gingerbread men and stars out of the leftovers.
