These look absolutely fabulous and I'd love to try making them as some sort of reminiscence for the summer which has unfortunately been way too short and cold over here.

The only thing I see that you could improve on with these is that a watermelon doesn't have a perfect green outer coat. It's sort of a green/white swirly pattern. Maybe if you took the chocolate and used a brush... I'll try that when I do these!
Anywho, how'd they taste?
