White Chocolate Cream Gateaux

I made this cake for the final class of my Communicating Science and Technology subject. As blogging formed a significant component of the class, we'd spoken about our experiences with blogging, so everyone knew I had a food blog. There'd been lots of hints about bringing baked goods to the tutes, but as a Masters student I never got the time. Our final class involved all our oral presentations, followed by a pizza party, so I thought I'd finally bring alone a baked good.
