This is a dessert I've had on my mind for ages, but given the prevalence of eggs at Easter I decided it was best saved for the occasion. I love making food that looks like something other than what it is. I refer to it as trick food and it's absolutely my favourite hobby, seeing how convincing I can make it, so I was excited about finally getting to execute this idea.
The dessert is half a chocolate egg shell made by the same as this tutorial:
I then filled them with white chocolate mousse, then dolloped a little tinted mousse on top.
