Description
This is one of two designs of cupcakes I made for the Department of Zoology's Annual Bake Off at Uni yesterday.
These ones are honey cupcakes, topped with vanilla buttercream and decorated with chocolate honeycomb toppers and fondant bees.
They lasted about 5 minutes at the bake off before they were all gone, so most people didn't even see them. But they must have made an impression, because I won both judges and people choice awards.
